Association meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of the even numbered months at various locations.   The meeting date may sometimes change due to the availability of the meeting facility.  The April 13, 2010 meeting location will be at the H. J. C. Bowden Senior Multipurpose Facility in East Point, Georgia.                                           

                                                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                      

        Meetings begin with lunch at 11:30 a.m.  The business meeting begins at 12:30 p.m.   Attendance for lunch is optional and the business meeting can be attended at no cost.

        To facilitate lunch planning, reservations are required.  Reservations can be made by contacting Marion McDonald, Treasurer, at 678-377-8172 or treasurer@fcrea.net.  The deadline for making reservations is 9:00 a. m. on the Monday before the meeting.

        Wieuca Road Baptist Church - Parking is available in the main church parking lot north of the sanctuary building off Wieuca Road.  Attendees with physical limitations can use a parking lot with limited spaces at the corner of Wieuca Road and Peachtree Road.  The driveway for this lot is on Peachtree Road.  This lot is located just south of Fellowship Hall and has elevator access to the meeting room.  A photo of the church campus can be viewed at http://www.acswebnetworks.com/wieucanew/map.  The association meeting is held in the building labeled re-church.  The main church parking lot is the yellow star on the left.  The parking lot for attendees with physical limitations is the yellow star on the right.
